Here are some travel options to consider!

Washington DC is very easy to find!  Your favorite airline is almost certain to have many flights into Reagan Washington National, Dulles International ,or Baltimore/Washington International Airports.

Amtrak runs many trains right into Union Station. The Acela and the Metro - business class trains provide a relaxing work environment while you travel from Boston, New York, or other east coast locations right into the heart of Washington.

For low cost options investigate both Southwest Airlines and Independence Airlines.  you can book now and if you need to change your reservation later there is no penalty.  You can apply the value of your reservation to a new reservation at the rates available at the time of rebooking, or for future flights.

Southwest serves many destinations and flies into Baltimore/Washington International, a 20 minute commuter or Amtrak train ride from Union Station.  See www.southwest.com for schedules and fares.

Independence Air flies into Dulles international Airport from numerous locations in the East - Chicago to the Atlantic Ocean - and now has several flights from West Coast cities.  See their Destinations page on their website at www.flyi.com. The Washington Flyer bus or taxi at Dulles can take you to the nearby Metro stop for an easy ride into Washington.  Plan on about an hour for the trip.  The Washington Flyer bus stop is right outside the Independence Air bag claim area.

Register for each of their frequent flyer programs and you will receive bulletins with promotional fares as low as $29 from some Eastern cities.
